How do I return or exchange my order?

Please contact us through our Contact page to start a return. Provide your name, order number and reason for returning.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Rest easy, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days for items purchased at Valley Rays. Items must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging and tags.

We offer three options for returns and exchanges.

1. Exchange for another color or size
2. Return for an eGift Card
3. Return for a refund back to the original payment method.

When will I receive my Refund, Exchange, or eGift Card Refund?

If you ship your return back to us, as soon as it is received:

1. You will receive your refund
2. We will begin processing your new order
3. You will receive you eGift Card or Refund

You will receive a confirmation email when processing is complete.
